This embosser is designed to emboss letters, numbers and simple symbols on sheets made of varies materials including copper, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic with a certain depth of 0.10.3mm (0.004-0.012inch) by pressing rubber hammer, maximum label size of 7.87"5.12" (200130mm). Its stepless adjustment agent will adjust embosser position, word spacing and line spacing. Character height can be adjusted by changing different case plates (4mm/0.16 for this listing). Different letters and numbers can be easily changed by turning around the case plate.

Wrench to remove the wheel nuts and selected the right wheel, wheel lock fitted to the nut. Print and start position adjustment. Turn the hand wheel spacing and kerning hand wheel so that wheel aligned characters can be printed on the box location just above the lock extension units. Release the clutch lever, depress the clutch, turn the hand wheel, release the clutch lever back in situation, slap rubber parts with your palm to give pressure to the handel, thus achieve printing.
