The pneumatic jack is a jacking device using the compressed air as a power source, and is mainly used for mobile jacking scenarios such as automobile maintenance and transportation repair. Before jacking, confirm the weight of the object. Identify the center of gravity of the object, select a proper jacking point for the jack, and place it stably. Also consider the ground hardness. If necessary, use a sturdy wooden board or similar items to assist in jacking to prevent tilting or falling during lifting. The used air pressure should be within the rated air pressure range to avoid the phenomenon that the equipment is overloaded to affect the service life.
During use, the high-pressure air hose must not be forcibly bent, dragged on the ground, rubbed against surfaces, or run over by heavy objects--all of which will shorten the service life. If multiple jacks are used together, the starting speed should be kept synchronized to ensure balanced load distribution on each jack and prevent falling hazards. The jack uses the 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the sufficient oil quantity must be kept. It is recommended to replace the oil after 3 months of initial use, and every 6 months thereafter. Add the lubricating oil to the cylinder section regularly.
The oil can be added through the air inlet connector. After lifting the heavy object, place supports underneath the heavy object for safe operation. To lower the jack, pull the handle at the air distribution valve counterclockwise to achieve automatic descent of the jack. It is a normal phenomenon that little oil seepage exists during initial use due to assembly, disassembly or transportation.
The double-fold design is adopted, the rod can be folded back, the more space is saved, and it is easy to carry and transport. The jack is ideal for fleet vehicles, mobile tire repair and similar scenarios.
The double jacking layers can be controlled to ascend and descend. Lifting and lowering are quick, safe and stable, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the time cost is well saved.

The stress area is greatly increased, the load capacity is effectively increased, and the safety and stability are ensured. Two pieces of heightening pad iron are provided for effectively adjusting the jacking height, meeting the requirements of different working conditions and improving the environmental adaptability. Unfold the device, place it on a clean, flat and hard surface, and then connect it to the air compressor. Position the jack under the heavy object to be lifted, and ensure the jack will not fall down or deviate during jacking.
