This 15 litre fruit press is made of stainless steel bucket with aid of hydraulic Jack to help make it much easier to press 15 L fruit. The press has high standard stainless steel material and thickness for the core parts - press plate and the press bucket, so you don't need worry about if it can afford high pressure from the hydraulic Jack, while the frame was made strong metal coated with zinc to support the pressing. This new model was designed and made with assemble parts which make it easier to pack and storage if you don't need it for long time, just install/remove the 4 screw on top and bottom of the frame. The 2T hydraulic jack will do most of job you need, just make sure don't over-pressed when it reach the bottom.
S 304 for the bucket and pressing plate. With 2 ton Hydraulic Jack Aid to press and increase of strength to press - For that, you need screw up the top screw when it reach highest position. Easy to clean and assemble to use. S 304 for the press plate and inner/outer bucket which contact fruit. Zinc coated Metal for the frame parts.
26 cm In diameter for pressing plate and 30cm for the height of bucket, with 6 mm thickness pressing plate. F/cm2 maximum pressure for the hydraulic Jack. 1 x inner bucket with screen. 1 x outer bucket with outlet nozzle. 4 x screws with washer.
1 x 2 Ton hydraulic Jack with holding plate. 1 x Pressing plate with about 6mm thickness plate. It may take you 10 minutes to assemble the press by putting the 4 screws on top and bottom of frame. No tracking information for those products with low value products.
