Hydraulic hold-downs with anti-mar neoprene. Shear blades are high grade carbon/chrome alloy steel and hardened to 60 HRC, 2-edge indexable upper blade and 2-edge indexable bottom blade. Full length viewable safety finger guard to protect operator from cutting hazard. Removable safety foot pedal, automatic blade raise up on removal of foot from pedal.
All motors are overload protected & low voltage control system. Jog or continuous auto cycle cutting operation modes. 24" German SIKO Front Operated Power Back Gauge with micro adjustment, accuracy 0.004" inch/metric digital display 36 go to NC back gauge w/ touch screen is for model HS-0825E and HS-1025E. 1 each 60 squaring arm with inlaid inch/metric dual scale.
