Heavy Duty Hydraulic & Manual Ball Joint Splitter - 12 Ton Remover Breaker. Heavy-duty ball joint splitter suitable for commercial vehicles/HGVs. Designed to be operated manually or by 12 Ton hydraulic ram supplied. Maximum opening: 105mm Width between jaws: 34mm Includes a step-down thread adaptor that allows fitting of the manual thrust screw or hydraulic ram. This design allows for an easy switch between manual and hydraulic application.
Manual application makes use of the adaptor and thread screw, whilst hydraulic application provides additional power or those harder to split joints. The hydraulic arm also comes with a reinforced head piece to reduce bevelling on the lever.
This kit comes complete in a blow moulded plastic transportation case with netted sleeve to prevent damage to thread. We have other Suspension and Running Gear Tools.
