Follower Plate Discharge Systems are used to discharge viscous non-flowable materials from a Mixing Vessel. A discharge plate, which is lowered by means of a hydraulic cylinder pushes out the contents of the vessel through a discharge port which is located at the top of the discharge plate or in the bottom of the mixing vessel. This Discharge System is a standard floor mount with raised designs (the user can either place it into a ground ditch for leveling or utilize a transport ramp).

It works with Mixing Vessels with a 60 gallon capacity. The Discharge Plate is coated with PTFE for maximum chemical resistance.
